FB Product Set Problems

Hi all,
I am having some issues with FB Data Sets and linking them to Collections on the FB and Instagram.
I created product sets that match to the product categories and linked the two.
Now, in Commerce manager I am faced with:
1. Some product sets can not be used as Collection. It just doe snot appear there, also I can see product set itself2. Some product sets missing products (I did force product resync). Looking at set property I can see that all SKUs must be there (filter is there), but only few products are actually shown.
3. Most of newly created collections can not be edited. They have lock and saying “partner platform”. All collections are created in exact same manner, so my assumption is the problem with product set itself
Any ideas?
