FB pixel Initiate Checkout in the thankyou page

Hello,
I added the FB pixel “Initiate Checkout” on the checkout page and it works, but when I make an order, I saw that on the thankyou page (order received) there are both the Purchase pixel AND the “Initiate checkout” that have not to stay there.
Can you help me please?
