There is no such restriction by plugin. Facebook do not display the fan page to some visitors from some region, age based on the privacy settings of your facebook fan page.

I am facing same problem i have check my privacy settings of my facebook page both region and age both are visible to my requirement like Region is selected India and age is visible to everyone ? can you please tell some more solution what’s the problem ! When I am logged in it’s looks pretty cool and I really want to use it on my site !
