FB likes have disappeared on my blog posts when switching from HTTP to HTTPS

After spending many years building my traffic and social shares on my blog, I have now lost all my FB likes on every blog post since moving from HTTP to HTTPS. Please advise a workaround solution to get these likes back. Many thanks!
