FB LIke count not showing accurate count

Love this floating tool bar.. this was super easy to setup and customize. Problem is.. our FB count is NOT disaplying the correct # of likes.
You can see we have well over 10k likes on our FB page – however.. the digg digg alternative bar is showing only 82 (atleast thats what I am seeing.)
has anyone ever had this same issue… is there a fix??
