FB Like Button does not start counting by itself

  • Hi,

    that might not necessarily be a WP question but maybe some of you have had similar issues.

    I added the FB like button to my blog by including the JavaScript SDk asynchronously and then <fb:like> etc.

    A couple days ago I noticed that none of my blog posts had likes which I though was weird (because it wans’t like this when I had the button installed via iFrame). I then noticed that when I actually clicked on the button and it showed me that e.g. 10 people liked the post. Before the click it would not show that anyone had liked it.

    It almost seems as if I activated the count by clicking on the like button.

    Has anyone had a similar problem and can give me a hint how to solve it!?
