    Hi there,

Facebook is now giving me an error on inventory. It manages availability ok, but it now wants an inventory number and I am not able to find that category as an option.
I switched to conversions via Facebook (as I see more sales that way) but without the inventory, I can’t complete the sale as it shows as “out of stock” on the shop. What am I doing wrong?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi, since you moved to conversions via Facebook, you now need to submit the number of available products, i.e., the product quantity. That is what is meant by Inventory on Facebook.

To submit inventory, all you need to do is, go to Dashboard > Product feed > All product feeds. Here, edit the feed in question. Scroll down to the feed configuration section and Add New Attribute. Here, choose the attribute called Facebook Inventory[inventory] (see image).

Next, you can use the value in two ways.
    1. If you are using Manage stock for your WooCommerce store, you can keep this attribute type as ‘Attribute’ and assign ‘Quantity’ as value. (see image).

    2. You set the attribute type as static and assign a numeric value to define the number of the available quantity of your products (which will mean, all products are available in the same quantities). (see image)

It’s best if you manage stock through WooCommerce as that will reduce future work and maintain accuracy.

Let me know if you face further confusion.

    Thanks.

    Thank you! Thank worked great!
Now my challenge is that it’s asking for:
    A Category-Related Field Is Missing: google_product_category, size
    and
    A Category-Related Field Is Missing: google_product_category, gender

I already have those two mapped but not sure why it’s now wanting it to be linked to the google product category.

Hi @fcrowe , could you give me a screenshot of the report you are looking at, then I could get a better idea and guide you more accurately?

    Thanks.
