FB Grid not working…

    HI there – I cannot get the FB grid to work… It seems to initially load and then jumps to one column… details below

  • Sorry for your issues. Try reducing the column to 310px from 400px. This will make it look good on mobile too. Here’s your shortcode with the adjusted column width below. Let me know how it goes ??

    Thanks for the response Damon – No still not working – I had tried the 310px and a even smaller size. The grid aligns initially and then jumps back to one column again …

    Try Clearing the cache after you apply the changes. You can do so by clicking to Feed Them tab > Settings > Global Options > Clear cache

    You can also change the cache time setting here if needed.

    Sorry for the delayed response. It was an error on my end. So it looks like you’re trying to add a personal Facebook account. Unfortunately our plugin does not support personal Facebook profiles.
