I created a Facebook feed that includes only the first variation of each product. When I manually generate the CSV feed, it contains 200+ products.

However, when the feed auto-updates, it shows 400+ products instead of the expected 200+. When I regenerate it manually, it goes back to 200+ products.

How can I solve this problem?

My initial issue is that the Facebook catalog shows an error of “duplicate ID” for the variations. That’s why I want to include only the first variation. Is there another way to solve this issue?

    Thanks!

    Hi @webisro

    Thanks for reaching us.

To solve the issue, please, go to CTX Feed > settings > Disable the option (Enable New Cron system) – https://prnt.sc/5FNoImSzWJNI and save the settings.

Once the option is disabled, go to manage feed > find the feed > Edit > Regenerate the feed and the issue should be solved. However, make sure to check the feed after next auto update to confirm is the feed size is not getting doubled again on auto update.

I hope the above will help you solve the issue. Please, feel free reply to this thread for more assistance.

The option “Enable New Cron System” was already disabled. Should I enable it?
