    Hi the FB feed isn’t working in the settings it says “Oh No something’s wrong. Error validating access token: The session has been invalidated because the user changed their password or Facebook has changed the session for security reasons.. Please click the button above to retrieve a new Access Token.”.

    If i click login and get my access token i get a screen that says “App not active This app is not currently accessible and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated.”

    I click OK and get the following message
    You must approve our SlickRemix app or click the continue button on Facebook to get a new access token. Please try again or contact [email protected] for more help. You must include screenshots or a screencast of the process you are taking otherwise we cannot troubleshoot properly. If you are using the Custom Facebook Feed by Smashballoon.com please contact them for support.

    How do i go about fixing?

    Hi @awr10e @broncospecial,

    Our Feed Them Social feeds, connecting to Meta (Facebook & Instagram feeds) have stopped working. We have reached out to Meta for help to restore them. If you are affected by this, we apologize for this outage. Hopefully, it will be brief.

    Thanks for your patience here. It’s been a rough ride since Friday and this is the first time we have had an issue since we developed this plugin 10 years ago. We have submitted more evidence our APP complies with Meta terms and are waiting to hear back from them. They usually respond early the following day. We expect to hear an update tomorrow in the early am. We’ll keep you posted.

    Ah yes, this is fixed now. Simply click the button to get a new access token and you should be good to go!
