Same problem. Worked no problem for a year. I tried making another key like shown in the video-it did not help-page became not available. All the other counters are working, so it has something to do with Facebook. Of course they own Instagram too, and so far it is working fine.

@redgypsee Facebook stopped to work 6 months ago.
Now need to create an app for it.

Facebook is always changing things. Things that used to work. I tried to do what the video said-it did not work for me. I did not insert code into my PHP files-that part was not clear for me.

I am not very experienced in whole wordpress and in your plug. I have the same problem as a lot of people were metioned it. I have created app but i don’t know where i have to paste App id

Yes I watched the video, but I do not know where to insert the code. It says just after the body tag. I don’t know which file to put it in.
