FB comment app unable to go live due to Client OAuth login is enabled but you haven'

Hello,
I have this problem over at the Facebook app site. I managed to key in the URLs into the “app domain” and “site url” in app settings. After which, I was able to see the comment box in my posts.
However a while later, the comment box was no longer there and it seemed that the app was no longer live. I realised at the advanced tab of the app settings, it said “Client OAuth login is enabled but you haven’t listed any valid OAuth redirect URIs. Click here for more information.“
Was wonder if you know there’s something additional which I need to do?
