Favorites Icon

Care to point us to what this is occuring so we don’t have to just make guesses?

I have a WordPress blog hosted on the root of; https://www.scotsheraldry.com with the favicon in the root directory which works fines in this is a WP2.1.3 installation.

I have a second wordpress blog Cloaked under the url; https://www.johngmaxwell.net which has an actual url of; https://www.scotsheraldry.com/maxwell/ with this blog’s own favicon in the …/maxwell/ directory which does not work under its cloaked url. This is a WP2.2 installation.

The two favicon are different and clearly indifferent locations. If I use the favicon location https://www.scotsheraldry/maxwell/favicon.ico for the cloaked site the icon shows but the site name comes up uncloaked as subdirectory of the main url. If I use the favicon location https://www.johngmaxell.net/favicon.ico the site name is correct but the icon does show…

Very confused…..!
