• I have used this plugin for a few years now. It is amazing! Essentially it is a query and report tool for your blog.

    You create the lists by using shortcodes the author provides. His documentation and examples are quite good. You do need to understand enough HTML to be able to create lists and nest them. You view the lists by clicking on W4/All Lists/ and then either double-clicking the name or single clicking and selecting view. Think of the lists like posts or pages – that is how they show up.

    I have A LOT of posts and need/needed to go back and do some work on them. W4 Post List has allowed me to see what needs to be done. And, because it is dynamic the lists change as I correct problems on the posts – for example recategorizing posts.
