Favicon.ico

Guys hope someone is able to point me in the right direction. Adding a favicon is something i have always been able to do in the past. Infact i did one as recently as yesterday. However i am unable to add a favicon to this website. (https://www.ghanalandlords.com) Not sure what i am doing wrong this time.

I converted my image to ico
Saved it as favicon.ico
uploaded to the theme root
refreshed browser and cleared cache

BUT Nothing seems to be showing. I have tried uploading to main child theme root and original theme root but still nothing. any ideas guys??
