Favicon on new google mobile search

As you may have noticed that google mobile search results are card based technology now. Each card shows favicon icon, web url, description, and thumbnail

I’m not able to see favicon and thumbnail for my site. I uploaded favicon which I see it on desktop under address bar but not appearing on mobile google search results

Do a search on google (mobile only) you will see cards – why my site did not pick up favicon and thumbnail???
