    Hello,

I am using this plugin to disable my amp pages and followed this guide on Kinstas to do so: https://kinsta.com/blog/disable-google-amp/

Part of the solution is to add the following “<link rel=”amphtml” href=”(.+)” >” in the ‘find’ column’ and then replace it with nothing. Then tick the “Admin” check box.

With this in the place, my site’s favicon does not appear. Without it, the favicon displays correctly. It appears correctly on the back-end, just not the front-end.

Are you able to help solve this?

    Cheers!

I’m guessing the Find portion is matching more than expected. Regex can be tricky unfortunately. Perhaps the author of the guide can clarify.

Also, did you really check the admin box? I believe the tutorial indicates you should check the regex box.

    Hello Marios,

I did actually check the correct box, just explained it incorrectly. I spoke with the author and he gave me a few tips.

    Thanks for your advice.
