Favicon for Multisite sub-domain

WP sub-domain: mylegacymatters.strategiesinmotion.net
Domain Name: mylegacymatters.info (Through my DNS dashboard is set to forward to the sub-domain name).
After setting the favicons for this WP sub-domain, the favicon shows up when entering the sub-domain into the browser’s address bar, but when I enter the domain it doesn’t.

Please help me to get the favicon to show either way.
