Faulty pay link for manually generated orders

  • Hi,

    I created an order manually and forwarded an invoice to the customer by email. When the customer clicks the pay link, it leads to a page where pay options are available but the shopping cart is empty.

    Because shopping cart is empty, clicking the ‘pay for order’ button leads to an error page which says ‘cart is empty’ return to shop.

    did I make a mistake in creating the manual order?
