Faulty link means password change doesn't work

$reset_url = trailingslashit(wp_login_url())...results in/wp-login.php/...which shows the form but sets the reset password cookie topath=/wp-login.php/. The form is submitted to/wp-login.php?...so the cookie is not submitted and the change fails witherror=invalidkey.
