FAUCETPAY BALANCE SHOWS ZERO?

    Hello, I am using the faucet plugin.
    But after providing my FAUCETPAY API, my balance still shows zero even tho my faucet pay faucet balance is not..
    I have talked to FAUCETPAY and the prob is not with them.
    Need some help.
    Btw, when I connect with cryptoo it shows my balance well.Tho I don’t want to use cryptoo since its hard to navigate.. Can’t even find my bitcoin address there.
