Fattal Error again

Ps i dont have any other plugin and i use wp 3.9

Try re-uploading a fresh, unpacked, copy of the plugin’s folder to wp-content/plugins using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

@vtrs – Has NextGEN Gallery worked for you with the latest versions (2.0.x brnach)? Also, when does this particular error message occur? What actions are you taking prior to see this error?

Same issue here. It was working fine and then blew up while I was uploading a bunch of new images to a gallery. After that it wouldn’t work at all, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin.

Now it is looking in the wrong place for the templates. It’s running very slowly and cannot access anything except the Overview page. Everything else generates errors along the lines of:

RuntimeException thrown

../wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/nextgen_addgallery_page/upload_images.php is not a valid MVC template

In every case it’s unable to locate the template it’s looking for because it’s missing part of the path. The file it’s looking for is in:
../modules/nextgen_addgallery_page/templates/upload_images.php

Same trying to access Other Options: path it tries is:

../nextgen_other_options/image_options_tab.php

but the template is actually in:

../nextgen_other_options/templates/image_options_tab.php

@billsmithem – This is a different issue than the one starting this topic. It would be best to start you own topic related to this … or possibly better to submit a Bug Report (https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/) with your site’s specifics.

We will need log in and FTP credentials for your WordPress installation as well, please include those with your Bug Report.

I see that error when i upgrade the ngg from 2.0.7 to newest.

Now i use the some version (2.0.7) but it runs very high recourses of ram.

Any suggestions please?

@vtrs – We focus all of our support on the most recent version of NextGEN Gallery. The most recent version would have the best performance code as well as best resource management … there is not much I can offer for a version as old as 2.0.7.

Have you tried manually updating from version 2.0.7 to 2.0.40 then using the WordPress Updates functionality to update to the current version?

Cais yes, both of them (manually+from wp dashboard), but i receive the same error.

..and when it finished, something confict with my theme and i dont see the large photos or the old image galleries with slider. ??

@vtrs – Do you still see issues if you temporarily switch to a default WordPress Twenty series theme now?
