• First of all I would like to inform WordPress and our readers that both (FatCow and IPage) are the same. They have registered twice for WordPress Hosting under different names. They are exactly the same. The same cPanel, and the same bad and shoddy Support.

    WordPress should disqualify bot these hosting services and ban them to register under any other name.

    They had horrid service which does not resolve problems.

    They are more interested in referring customers to their “Consulting Services’–and this conflicts with good customer service in resolving problems.

    They open support tickets but the tickets generate a lot of automated emails but don’t ever get resolved.

    Their servers are slow.

    It takes forever for the site to load.

    I get tons of 500, and 505 errors which says “server timed out”.

    I cannot log into one of my sites–and it has been a week.

    Their refund policy has hidden costs–when I canceled Fatcow they paid me approx one half of my money.

    They charge $15 for domain registration which is twice the average.

    WordPress doesn’t prevent anyone (even evil afghan quilters (this is a joke!)) from using WordPress.

    Also, per the Forum welcome, we close topics like this due to the amount of spam that they attract. Pro or anti-site posts don’t generally help people when using WordPress and devolve into arguments and he said/she saids :/
