    Hi, thank you for the error log, can you please update your php component of the website as well? The 7.x version of php is deprecated. Please update to at least version 8.2 (which we tested compatibility on).

    Hi, I replicated the issue. I recommend that you disable the plugin, and uninstall it. Then install it again and log in to the Dashboard to connect to your Mailup console. This way I do not replicate the problem.

    Hi, I tried the way you have indicated, but we see some more errors..
    How i can proceed ?
    If you navigate to the homepage, and open the console. you can see the error
    ” jquery-3.6.0.min.js:2 Uncaught TypeError: e.indexOf is not a function
    at S.fn.load (jquery-3.6.0.min.js:2:84932)
    at mailup-public.js?ver=1.2.4:3:12
    at mailup-public.js?ver=1.2.4:121:3 “

    Hi,

    thanks for the detail, I was able to replicate it within your website. Does this error appear to you since you updated our plugin?
    Can you please tell me the version of jQuery?
    Within the configurations of our plugin can you access it?

    @devpublifarm can you point me to where I can find the application form on your site? Despite the error you reported, is the form operational for you? Can suggest you to clear?server cache of your web site?
