    Hello @4boards

It’s difficult for us to determine what might be triggering the fatal error from the stack trace, but it would be helpful to check if there are any irregularities in orders when the error occurs, such as notes mentioning “Payer action required, possibly overcharge.”

Additionally, could you transfer the site to a staging environment and perform test orders using a sandbox account? This will help us see if the problem can be reproduced.

Please also provide a full system report from our plugin by following these steps:

    1. Go to WooCommerce / Status in your site’s admin panel.
    2. Click Get system report, then Copy for support.
    3. Paste the report on PrivateBin.
    4. Share the link with us.

With this information, we’ll have a better understanding of your system’s condition and can advise you more effectively on resolving the issue.

    Best regards,
    Krystian

I got the same issue, specifically the error at line 234… Initially, it occurred within the first 2-3 days, so I quickly conducted sandbox testing, and there were no issues. Over the past week, some customers successfully made orders and proceeded with payments correctly, and there were no errors in the logs during these 7 days. However, just yesterday, the error reappeared. There have been no changes made to my website, but this error has returned. What does this indicate? Perhaps this is not an issue with the website itself or the related plugins, but rather an error arising from some sort of interaction between the plugin and PayPal?

I hope the developers of Woocommerce Paypal Payments can actively monitor feedback on related topics in this forum, do your best to help us, the users, truly resolve these issues. Thank you very much!

If you need to have log files, I would like to provide them.

I am currently experiencing the same issue off and on. I wonder if there was an resolution to this?

    No any solutions.

I have always suspected that the issue was caused by my code modifications, but it wasn’t… Because after several automatic plugin updates, new errors appeared. So after one of the automatic updates, I disabled auto-updates, and to my surprise, all the errors disappeared on their own after running for some time, and everything returned to normal. I didn’t modify any code during this time. Therefore, the issue is either related to the plugin or due to instability with the PayPal API.
