    Hello,

It seems that you suggest me to pay … while you are yet proving via your free version that it’s buggy, and you are willing to improve it?

    Waiting for your feedback

    Kind regards

    Hello @polina92,
    ?
The support is not paid, even in our dedicated support application.
    ?
If you don’t want to follow that route, we would suggest that you contact your hosting provider about the connection between the website and the database server.
    ?
The message you shared indicates that there’s an error on the database connection as the function, which is a default PHP function being used on a vendor library of our plugin, expects the first parameter to be a database server but it’s returning NULL on your website for that connection so something is not correct with that.
    ?
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
