Fatal Errors

Can anyone help? I just updated to the newest version of wordpress and all I get from any page is

Fatal error: Call to undefined method Arras_Widget_Tag_Cloud::WP_Widget_Tag_Cloud() in /home/content/77/7730277/html/wp-content/themes/arras/library/widgets.php on line 404
