Hi,

On the front end the plugin is working most of the time, however in the error logs its causing a substantial amount of fatal errors.

Here is an example:

could this be looked at and corrected if possible?

I created a ticket I believe it was created, but its created a fatal error on your site so I can not view the ticket. (template-part-ticket-list.php line 39) is the error line.
