    Hi!

We’ve got 10+ WooCommerce sites that we manage and over the last few days have noticed, typically upon logging in, the following “Critical Error” on each site:

An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 321 of the file /srv/users/ecom/apps/awireless/public/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/src/Internal/Admin/Notes/WooSubscriptionsNotes.php. Error message: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function delete() on bool in
     /srv/users/ecom/apps/awireless/public/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/src/Internal/Admin/Notes/WooSubscriptionsNotes.php:321

This seems to be a core file within WooCommerce, but we do not use Subscriptions at all nor the WooCommerce Payment Gateway (which I assume this is connected to — as the WooCommerce Subscription plugin isn’t installed otherwise).

Is anybody else seeing this issue? Hoping for a quick fix. ??

    Hello @zackeryfretty,

    Thank you for reaching.

I’m sorry to hear about the “Critical Error” you’re experiencing across your sites.

It seems like there’s an issue with the WooCommerce core file, specifically in the WooSubscriptionsNotes.php file.

Here’s what you can do to resolve this issue:

    1. Make sure you’re using the latest version of WooCommerce. If not, update to the latest version.
    2. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce to see if the error persists. If the error is gone, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.
    3. Switch to a default theme like Storefront to see if your theme might be causing the problem.

Let us know how this goes.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
