Fatal error WooCommerce jetpack-autoloader

    Hi everyone, i get a message of my webshop that my shop is down cause some technical problems. In the mail i can see the following error: An error of Typ E_COMPILE_ERROR occured in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/vendor/jetpack-autoloader/class-php-autoloader.php. Error-message: require(): Failed opening required /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/src/Internal/Admin/CategoryLookup.php’ (include_path=’.’)

    I have no JetPack installed but when i delete the folder the page is not working. What could be the problem of this?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the full stack trace of the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
