    Dear all,

Since this evening, i am unable to get into my Woocommerce. When I click on anything in Woocommerce, i am getting a fatal error:

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Undefined class constant ‘TOGGLE_OPTION_NAME’ in /home/actifoli/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-admin/src/Features/Features.php:64 Stack trace: #0 /home/actifoli/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-admin/src/Features/Features.php(128): Automattic\WooCommerce\Admin\Features\Features::get_beta_feature_options() #1 /home/actifoli/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-admin/src/Features/Features.php(278): Automattic\WooCommerce\Admin\Features\Features::is_enabled(‘activity-panels’) #2 /home/actifoli/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(287): Automattic\WooCommerce\Admin\Features\Features::load_scripts(‘woocommerce_pag…’) #3 /home/actifoli/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(311): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array) #4 /home/actifoli/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(484): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #5 /home/actifoli/public_html/wp-admin/admin-header.php(102): do_action(‘admin_enqueue_s…’, ‘woocommerce_pag…’) #6 /home/actifoli/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php(2 in /home/actifoli/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-admin/src/Features/Features.php on line 64

    Other usefull information:
    Current theme: Digitech (version 1.1.3)
Current plugin: WooCommerce Admin (version 1.9.0)
    PHP version 7.2.34

Is there anyone that could guide me in solving this error? I personally haven’t changed anything in the root or anything. I did no strange or riskful action in regards to my hosting or plugins.

    Your help is really appreciated,

    Kind regards,

    Chris

    Hi there ??

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Before you start

    1. First, please make sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. Most hosting companies have this included in the subscription, but you could also consider using a service like?Jetpack. If something goes wrong, it’s nice to know that you can restore your site.
    2. Second, I would suggest installing a plugin called?Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it allows you to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.

Hi, thnk you for your reply. This can not be the error. I was using my website and woocommerce in the morning with no problems, then shut down my laptop and went outside all day, then in the night i opened my laptop and wanted to do some orders for my webshop and out of the blue this problem happend.

Do you know how I make a backup from my orders in woocommerce? then i can place a back up from my whole website and then restore my orders, because i have all new orders, but if i place a back up, these new orders will go lost right

I figured out it was the woocommerce-admin plugin…. never installed that one, but i have read many conflicts with it. Maybe it needs an update? Thank for the help though.

Thank you so much, I had EXACTLY the same problem . Thanks to you, it’s solved.

CB955 – How did you solve this?

    De-activate the WooCommerce-admin plugin?

Did you have to install an alternative first?

charlenecoeurdecha88 – what did you do to resolve?

    Can anyone offer advice please?

No i have not find an alternative. I will wait for an update. Yes i deactivated the woocommerce-admin plugin

    CB955

Did deactivating the plugin restore the site to normal?

Deactivating woocommerce-admin plugin fixed the issue that i was having the fatal error. How ever, my woocommerce back end is soooooo slow. When i click on ‘orders’ it needs to load 2 minutes…

@gabrielfuentes Can you please censor the information my openings post? thanks

Thank you for the advice. I disabled the plugin and things appear normal. However, I am still hoping for further advice from WooCommerce.

    Hi,
I also see the same error, SINCE I updated o the latest wordpress version (5.5.3).
It only happens when the “WooCommerce Admin plugin” is active, when I cannot access anything related to WooCommerce (Version 4.9.2) or its settings in the dashboard. When I disable this plug in the error goes away and I can access WooCommerce settings.

    WordPress version 5.5.3
    Current theme: Storefront (version 3.5.0)
Current plugin: WooCommerce Admin (version 1.9.0)
    PHP version 7.4.14

I have this same error. Temporarily resolved it by deactivating the WooCommerce Admin plugin. I have the latest version 2.0.1. Before deactivating this plugin, I tried changing the a standard theme, and then deactivating all my non-WooCommerce plugins. It still failed. So I reactivated them and then deactivated the WooCommerce Admin plugin and the error is gone. So is there a fix coming for this?

    WordPress version 5.6.1
    Current theme: Divi
    Current plugin: WooCommerce Admin 2.0.1
    PHP version: 7.4.14
