Fatal error with WP3.5

After upgrading to WP 3.5 final I get a blank screen with a fatal Error, when I go to the Admon Columns settings screen:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method stdClass::in_admin() in /var/www/mysite.com/customer/wp-includes/load.php on line 587
