Fatal error with WordPress 3.7.1

    I have manually installed the plugin on WP 3.7.1 and once trying to activate it shows plugin can’t be activated fatal error:

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home1/soandso/public_html/mywebsite.com/wp-content/plugins/landing-pages/modules/module.clone.php on line 1

    I’m using hostagter with latest php and mysql.

    Your ftp client is mushing the code together.

    This happened to me using Filezilla. You need to set the data transfer type to binary.

    Some times your software installation might not work because you need to transfer your files in Binary . This video shows you where to change the transfer type in filezilla.
