    Hi @mbbriasco,

    We wanted to make a suggestion in case this resolves the error.

    The error could be a result of having enabled both the Chat script and the Automation feature (from plugin).

    Please enable only one (both are same).

    If you continue to face this issue then please raise a ticket as advised above and we will investigate further.
