Fatal Error with woocommerce-paypal-payments refund

I believe you also reported this same issue via WooCommerce, correct? I am sending the same response as I gave you there.

It sounds like there is a plugin conflict occurring on your site; there are 2 things that I would advise you on this matter:
1) Try our beta version and see if that resolves the issue. There is an issue regarding refunds in the release 1.9.0 and 1.9.1 that should have that resolved. Since I see the refund API mentioned in your error, I am hoping this is related and resolved by this update. The Beta can be found and downloaded here. (the official release should be within 1 or 2 weeks)
2) Perform a full conflict test to rule out eventual issues with the theme or a different plugin. We recommend temporarily activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments to see if the behaviour persists. I would expect that one of these 2 options will show you the improvement you are looking for. Please let us know what the outcome is and if you need additional support.
