Fatal Error with Visual Editor after update to 3.9

After I updated to 3.9 I have been unable to access my visual editor. Instead I receive the following fatal error message:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _relocate_children() (previously declared in /home/angkel2/tilliestales.com/wp-admin/includes/post.php:863) in /home/angkel2/tilliestales.com/wp-admin/includes/deprecated.php on line 1190

I understand from other posts that I should revert back to the 2014 default theme but I have NO idea how to to do this under FTP (the only way I am able to access my site at this time).

My current theme is Scribbles under the Genesis Framework.

Also, I have already tried to disable plugins and it made no difference.
Please Help!! Thanks so much for your time and attention.
