Fatal error with Store Customizer plugin

Can you please confirm when you activate a third-party plugin called “StoreCustomizer”, you are not able to access the WordPress customizer anymore?

If so, I’ll recommend you to reach out to plugin support for that and see if they have any solution or fix available for that.

If not, I need to learn bit more about your site setup. It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

Hello Daniyal. Ops, my wrong i thinked that this plugin was made by your company cause are integrated on woocommerce backend menu.

Anyway, I’m not able to visit the customize.php admin’s page cause when i click on it i get this fatal error messages. Also whit this plugin DEACTIVATED the fatal error messages remain.

Does that mean when you click on “Visualizza” nothing shows up in the logs admin page?

If so, it seems you’re experiencing some kind of conflict on your site. Do you mind performing a conflict test by following the steps below?

• Create a staging site (optional)
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Go to the Customizer and check again

If you don’t see the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know that the problem was with one or more of the plugins you disabled.

To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate them one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict.

Hello, i disabled all plugins and reactivated one at one. I found the issue, with woocommerce activated, whith another plugin (Smart image resizer). When i active that this error appear always on the customizer backend admin page:

you can modify the file woocommerce/includes/customizer/class-wc-shop-customizer.php, line 535 by replacing this:

With this one:
