Fatal error with Redux Version 4.2.11

    Hi,
    As any of you, I have a fatal error due to a new theme installation (Evo from Themeforest) and with Redux.

    Here is the error :

    I tried to find other versions of Redux (here, through topics), but I only can find the Version 4.2.11 in zips downloads.. but this is the version i’m in trouble with !

    Could you help me, please ? Without Redux,I can’t have the theme options and that’s a huge problem !

    That theme is using some very old Redux 3 code. I thought we had a ‘shim’ for it (backward compatibility). Apparently, it was broke. I added a fix to the Redux Framework repo. Please download it here: https://github.com/reduxframework/redux-framework/archive/refs/heads/master.zip

    I recommend you uninstall the version of Redux you are currently using before installing this one, as I’ve not yet changed the version information.

    Let me know how it goes when you’ve installed it.

    I have a fatal error due to a new theme installation – Yachting Charter from Theme Forest. I cannot active Redux. It gives me the same fatal error message. I tried the Redux download you recommended and I’m still getting an error message:
    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error. Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘?’ in /home/u966272297/domains/circuscrayon.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/redux-framework-master/redux-core/framework.php on line 733

    @ksldesign , first, please do not piggy back the tickets of others. Next time, please create your own. Second, you are running an older version of PHP. Redux requires PHP 7.1 or higher. If you do not know how, please contact your hosting service and ask them to do so.
