    Good morning,

I recently updated to the newest version of your plug in and now when I try to edit a listing it keeps expiring and won’t let it publish. I rolled back the plug in to the previous version and was able to renew the listing but that was just a work around as apparently their is an error with your plug in according to the email we received.

This is the error we have received:
An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 36 of the file /www/wp-content/plugins/business-directoryplugin/includes/admin/seongs/class-seongs.php. Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/www/wpcontent/plugins/business-directory

    According to our hosting company:

What this means is that when the plugin attempted an action it failed to find a file, on closer inspection, it looks like there is a typo in the plugin code:

    '/www/wpcontent/plugins/business-directory
    Please note the
/wpcontent/ of which should actually be
    /wp-content/ and also
    /plugins/business-directoryvs
    /plugins/business-directoryplugin

Can you please advise how we resolve this.

    Thank you!

    Hi @spowell16

Thank you for reaching out about this. I’m Garret from the customer success team and I’m sorry to hear that you’re having a problem here. I’ll be happy to help!

Our developers are aware of the issue with the listings getting stuck in draft. We are working to have this fixed shortly.

As for the error, that file isn’t a part of our plugin. Have you done any custom modifications to the code? The seongs/class-seongs.php file isn’t something that’s a part of our plugin.

    Please let me know.

Our service provider looked at the fatal error incorrectly and that file name is not correct. Fatal error regarding your plug in has ceased but even rolling it back it isn’t working correctly as each time a new listing is added or any modifications ot existing listings are made we have to click on renew listing or the listing won’t publish. We have listings set to never expire and never experienced this before.

    Hey @spowell16

Can you please confirm that Business Directory is up to date?

The latest release is version 5.15.2. If you aren’t up to date, then please update the plugin and let me know if you still experience this issue.

I had to roll it back to 5.15 as the last update made the listings go into draft mode only and wouldn’t publish. Now 5.15 publishes only after clicking renew listing even though the listings are set to never expire.
