Fatal error with new install

  • Brand new installation of WordPress. When I install customizer here is the error:

    Fatal error: Class ‘TC_customize’ not found in /home/…../public_html/JVCalTex/wp-content/themes/customizr/inc/class-fire-utils.php on line 132

    Is there a fix for this? Hostgator servers if that helps..

    It must be something to do with Hostgator. It installs just fine on my localhost XAMPP

    My experience. Hostgator Fantastico auto install causes the error.

    I had to manually install WordPress onto my XAMPP local server and install the theme. Then on hostgator’s server, I had to manually create the MySQL database and install from my local version onto their server. There are no errors when doing it this way. Just an extra hour of work.
