Royal Elementor Addons 1.7.1 has a fatal conflict with Elementor Pro 3.25.0. I had to rollback to 1.3.987 to remove the critical error. Elementor support says the problem is within the current version of Royal Addons.

  • Hello

In fact there are two “bugs”. The first is RA incompatibility with the latest version of Elementor & Elementor Pro. This requires an update of RA. And there’s a problem with access rights to the model with Elementor. You can follow the progress with this link: https://status.elementor.com/

    Wait and see

@jojojo2022 I can help, how do I reach you or private message on here?

@rysky007 thank you! yes, post here please!

@jojojo2022 Disable the Royal Addon Plug In and test to see if the site loads on front end, or does your back end WP not load as well?

The error log points to the line which checks if Elementor Pro exists and loads the styles.

If you are not able to rollback Elementor Pro version, go to:
public_html/wp-content/plugins/royal-elementor-addons/admin/includes/wpr-render-templates.php and comment out the line 229.

This is not the solution to the issue, just a temporary workaround to restore the access to the site.

I was able to get my site back up because my host was able to deactivate the Royal plugin, but they said to show the following to the developers – though I don’t see a way to do that.

    <<

@daydreamlane what host did that for you? The update didnt crash my WP access, just would not load Elementor editing, and front end showed a critical error. I disabled Royal Addons and the site came back up. But my global forms would not show, that was my one issue I had to fix

Same issue. I created a support ticket at Royal elementor. I’m waiting for a reply/update
Several plugins has stopped working the same way/error.

I was very very lucky to find MDDHosting. I was with three other hosts and none could help me get my large website back up and running with the backups that I had. I spent so much time researching and stumbled on them.
This is my first opportunity to brag about them, so I’m probably rambling. If you use the link below, I am supposed to get a referral credit, but you can just use Google if you aren’t comfortable doing that.

They have a customer for life in me.

Updated to Elementor 3.25.1 and Elementor Pro 3.25.0 this morning and have the same issue with Royal Elementor Addons 1.7.1 causing a critical error on my site. I believe the developers at WP Royal will need to release a new update for their plug in. At the moment have disabled the Royal Elementor Addons 1.7.1 and at lease my site is loading. Have also sent an email via their form.

Same problem. Waiting for a fix.

After updating Elementor 3.25.1 and Elementor Pro 3.25.0 this morning, I am experiencing a critical error on my site with your “Royal Elementor Addons 1.7.1” plugin. I’m using the free version and while everything was fine and I was building my new site, suddenly your plugin created a critical error. It seems to be in conflict with Elementor and Pro. I have tried going back to a previous version of Elementor Pro, but the same critical error occurs again. At the moment I have disabled the Royal Elementor Addons 1.7.1 and my site is loading. I have disabled all plugins except yours and the site does not work. I have enabled all plugins and disabled the Royal Elementor Addons 1.7.1 and my site is working. However, it is important that you fix this bug because I can’t imagine buying the Pro version and seeing that my company website doesn’t work. Please fix this critical bug. Thank you very much!

I make commet for line 229 at wp-content/plugins/royal-elementor-addons/admin/includes/wpr-render-templates.php

    //  $elementor_pro->enqueue_styles();

    and website return work

    Hello, same problem for me.
Can we get any news from sport royal addons?
