    Hello,

I am trying to edit the map fields section, however it is giving me fatal error while trying to do so. And it is giving me fatal error even if i am trying to create a new feed.

    Here is the error details:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 805306368 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in?/home/customer/www/xxxxx.in/public_html/wp-includes/class-wpdb.php?on line?2320

I have tried allocating maximum memory available in my siteground hosting account. Tried disable all the plugins. But no help.

How do i fix it please? Any advice. It’s urgent.

    Thanks and regards.

No response here or over the mails, even after sending multiple support emails. I wonder, how are you going to provide priority support in your paid plans.

    Hi @jingyansu ,

    Apologies about that.

Please head over to Ad tribes > Settings > and set the batch size, try setting it to 50 as a start and see if you still face issues.

If it doesn’t work please send in another ticket and we’ll continue from there as you’re one of our elite users.

Still not working. Google is unable to fetch the products from the feed.

    Hi @jingyansu ,

Generally, the exhausted memory is due to your host having limited resource or reaching its limit. Try running a basic debug setup where only Woocommerce, Product Feed and storefront theme (no snippets) running.

After that change the batch size to 30, run some test and see if you still face errors. Lower the batch size if you still face issues.

Still not working. Google is unable to fetch the products from the feed.

    – Check the feed and ensure that it has content. You can also try trying another way to add products to Google; IE: CSV
