Fatal error while trying to instal word press 4.1

    I was just installing version 4.1 and my site crashed and left this message

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_json_encode() in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage21/ga/ry/cr/garycrossing.com/public_html/wordpress/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 668

    I can’t now access any of my admin page.

    Can anybody help me?
