Fatal Error while installing a theme

  • Hi,

    This is my first post here and hope this is the right place. While installing a new theme got this error

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare of_admin_head() (previously declared in /home/****/public_html/wp-content/plugins/options-framework/options-framework.php:287) in /home/****/public_html/wp-content/themes/Review/admin/admin-interface.php on line 440

    Any suggestions would be highly appreciated
