fatal error when updating-installing a plugin

    Hi,
    I get error below in my website when I try to reach upate page or installing a plugin or any other ” random ” places in my website. I mean it’s not always in my way.
    what I did to solve :
    I’ve Updated my WP to 3.7.1 and it just changed “rewright.php” to “wp-db.php”
    .
    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 136314880 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8468223 bytes) in /home/XXX/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 880
    any help would be apprciated .
