    Hi,

I am working on a client website and am evaluating the free version of this plugin with a view to recommending they purchase the premium version.

However while it works like a dream in my local MAMP install, when I migrate the website with the plugin to my remote server, and try the search I get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function relevanssi_fetch_stopwords() in /(path to my website here)/wp-content/plugins/relevanssi/lib/common.php on line 513

I also get the same error when I try to build the index in the dashboard.

Help! Where have I gone wrong? Can you help?

    John

If the file lib/common.php is in place, make sure it’s complete –?“undefined function” sounds like something is missing. Make sure the plugin installation is complete.

    Hi,

I deleted the plugin, upgraded WordPress and all other plugins, then reinstalled the plugin from scratch. It’s working now. Looks like the original installation must have failed.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, it’s a wonderful plugin, I am hoping to persuade my clients to buy the full version. ??
