Fatal Error When Trying to Customize

Hi all,

I am having trouble with my customizer. To preface some basic info:

Site: https://www.giftsifters.com
Theme: Flatsome
Steps taken so far: deactivate all plugins, purge cache, purge browser cache, no child themes, increased server php limit to 300.

Problem: Before I took those steps, I was having a few issues with my customizer. They are listed below:

1. Cannot edit colors except for primary color in style tab
2. Cannot edit footer options except for footer 1
3. Cannot go back; can only close the customizer and reopen it.

Then, I took the steps listed above. Now, when I open the customizer, I not only have all the above issues (and probably more if I go through every tab), but I also receive the following error code:

Is there anything I can do to help with this? Do I need to hire someone to help me fix this? IDK what my options are here.
