  • AlexPR, I found it.

Ok. What you need to do is use Filezilla or some other app to look into your directories. Go to /wp-content/plugins/ and rename the folder dm-user-tracking-plugin to something like crappy-user-tracking-plugin. Once done, go back into the browser dashboard and remove it. Trust me, it will work. I just did it.

I have already deleted the plugin. However, as I discovered today, some cron jobs were still active. I removed them using the Crontrol plugin.

I was just going to report this same issue.

    Can the developer FIX this?

I tried to install it on a Multisite and that’s when it gave me this fatal error (even when I tried to activate it).

Is there any support for this plugin?

Or should it be removed from the WordPress directory?
