    Good Day,

I am very interested in this plugin but I am running into errors when I am trying to activate this plugin.

When I attempted to activate the plugin, I get this error.

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Warning: require_once(/var/www/wp-content/plugins/print-google-cloud-print-gcp-woocommerce/vendor/autoload.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/print-google-cloud-print-gcp-woocommerce/index.php on line 23

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/var/www/wp-content/plugins/print-google-cloud-print-gcp-woocommerce/vendor/autoload.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/remi/php73/root/usr/share/pear:/opt/remi/php73/root/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php’) in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/print-google-cloud-print-gcp-woocommerce/index.php on line 23

Any help on this topic will be much appreciated

Thanks for sharing the activation errors.

Based upon these errors, we suspect the plugin directory didn’t fully download and install on your WordPress site. The logs indicate directories that are missing and when activation was triggered it failed to find the files.

Our recommendation, delete the plugin fully from your site. Try to install and download the plugin again from the WordPress directory. You might also consider using a manual upload using the WordPress upload workflow or FTP. This will make sure the download from www.remarpro.com doesn’t fail again and the files copy fully.

Thank you for the timely response. I greatly appreciate the help on this topic. I uninstalled then uploaded the the direct download in the Add Plugins interface and ran into the same error. I am currently making a backup of my site before trying the FTP option.

Once you’ve verified the files are uploading and posting completely, if the activation error is still occurring. Can you please try our Theme/Plugin conflict testing guide: https://www.bizswoop.com/plugin-theme-conflict-test/

This will help also identify if the error is being triggered due to a compatibility issue with another active plugin or theme files.

I apologize for the late reply. Long story short, I had to fix a problem with my Backup program then I had to find the the credentials using FTP. I just finished transferring the plugin using FTP and it allowed me to activate the plugin without the fatal error. I haven’t attempted to us the plugin yet but as any future conflicts I may have won’t pertain to this error, so this topic is now resolved.

    Thanks you for your help!
