Long story short – wordpress site was showing old php version, even though I had upgraded to latest via GoDaddy cPanel – this had been keeping me from updating Shield plugin.

Removed htaccess file, allowed it to rebuild, was able to update your plugin to the latest version. When I activated it however, got a fatal error:

    ValueError thrown
touch(): Argument #2 ($mtime) cannot be null when argument #3 ($atime) is an integer

Now the entire site is down – can you help??

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

This is a known issue we’ve discovered in the last few days for PHP 8.0 + WordPress 5.8.

They made what appears to be a “minor” code change in WP 5.8, but it’s significant for PHP 8.0.

We’ll have a new release this week which will address that.
